WHAT CAN I EXPECT? 
On the 9th of April 2018, between 23:00 and 03:00 (CEST), we will be performing a maintenance on our storage network infrastructure in the Netherlands (AMS-01 datacenter). The storage network in question serves storage for the VMware Single Tenant Private Clouds (NL) and shared storage in private racks. 

During this maintenance your storage connection will experience a short interruption. This will not have any impact on your VMware environment and all VM's will remain online. Customers that have shared iSCSI storage in private racks, might experience some of the iSCSI target IP's going down and up one by one.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 5th of April 2018, between 06:00 & 11:00 (CEST), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on the Windows Webhosting platforms, the automated installation services and on the VMware vCenter/vCloud portal services. Unfortunately, during this maintenance your Windows Webhosting Services will be unavailable and it will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install,  IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal. The vCenter/vCloud portal services will be unavailable between 06:00 & 08:00 (CEST).

WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 5 hours. Your Windows Webhosting service(s) will be impacted for approximately 10 minutes during this maintenance window. The automation services in the Customer Portal will be impacted for approximately 60 minutes during this maintenance window. The expected maintenance window for the vCenter/vCloud portal services will be 2 hours in which the portal will be unavailable for 30 minutes. Your instances will remain online and reachable. We will do our absolute best to minimize these downtimes. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.

NL network issues

At this moment we are experiencing network issues in our AMS-01 data center.  

Our engineers are working on this issue with the highest priority.

[UPDATE]

The cause of the incident was traced to a software related issue which caused the BGP process to drop some sessions resulting in congestion.

The issue is now mitigated and we will investigate the root cause and apply a proper fix in a later date.

VPS-servers node issue

В настоящее время наблюдаются проблемы с одним из серверов, на котором расположены VPS с ip-адресами 185.49.68.* и 185.49.69.*.
Техники уже занимаются её решением. Просим вас подождать и не производить в панели никаких дейстий (ресет и т.д.).

Уведомляем о том, что в данный момент наблюдаются проблемы с доступом к одному из VPS-серверов. Техники разбираются в причинах недоступности.

[UPDATE]
Работа сервера восстановлена. Проблема в электрообеспечении.

[UPDATE2]
К сожалению проблема не была решена. Необходима замена оборудовоания на сервере.

В настоящий момент на сервере был заменен блок питания, а так же один из жёстких дисков, произведена прошивка нового firmware. Это не дало результатов, так как сервер по прежнему самопроизвольно выключается.

Дальнейшие действия - замена целиком шасси сервера, с переносом жёстких дисков. Мы не берёмся прогнозировать время завершения подобной операции, поэтому начинаем процесс восстановления резервных копий VPS на другой рабочий сервер(по желанию клиентов).

 

Дополнительно сообщаем, что наша почтовая система так же недоступна. С нашей стороны на данный момент не отправляются уведомления об ответах в тикеты, уведомления об оплатах счетов и т.д.

 

[UPDATE 14:05 МСК]

Сервер полностью заменён за исключением жестких дисков. Работа сервера восстановлена. Все VPS запущены. В настоящее время происходит процесс ребилда raid-массива, поэтому в ближайшие 6-8 часов дисковая подсистема будет работать с пониженной производительностью.

В качестве компенсации простоя дата окончания услуги будет продлена на 2 недели для всех затронутых VPS.
